Solteq will change its organisational structure starting 1.1.2012 to sharpen and
accelerate the execution of the strategy which was announced 4 February 2011. A
central role of our strategy is to guarantee the continuity of our clients'
operations as users of our solutions, enabling them to continuously benefit from
technology developments.
Solteq Plc's management team as of 1 January 2012 will consist of:

A new member in the management team is Ms Tiina Honkiniemi, 45 y.o., BCompSc,
Degree in Marketing, who is responsible for Enterprise Resource Planning and
Financial Management Solutions Unit. She has worked for 22 years in Solteq in
different positions relating to operating systems, last as Business Unit Manager
in Solteq Solutions.
Mr Markus Mäkelä and Mr Jouko Kiiveri will continue as head of their
responsibilities in the Value Added Solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning
segment. Mrs Mira Sohlman will have a maternity leave. CFO Mr Antti Kärkkäinen
will continue to serve as the deputy CEO.
As of the beginning of 2012, Solteq Plc's reported segments are the Enterprise
Resource Planning and Financial Management Solutions and Value Added Solutions
for Enterprise Resource Planning.
