MainIoT Software Oy
On 29 February 2016, Solteq sold the entire share capital of its subsidiary MainIoT Software Oy, provider of service and maintenance systems, to the IFS Group.
Solteq is a visionary expert and service partner in the strongly growing multichannel and digital commerce markets. In our operations, we focus on multichannel and digital commerce solutions in Finland and Sweden, and also globally with our international clients. They form the key elements in Solteq’s strategy.
On 29 February 2016, Solteq sold the entire share capital of its subsidiary MainIoT Software Oy, provider of service and maintenance systems, to the IFS Group. In 2015, MainIoT Software Oy’s revenue amounted to 5.0 million euro and the profit to 0.6 million euro. The company employed about 40 people. The enterprise value of the sale was about 7.4 million euro and it was paid in cash. In the next two years, Solteq may receive an additional sum of a maximum of 0.6 million euro if certain targets set for the business by the buyer materialise.
